Si prega di notare che le tariffe escludono una tassa di soggiorno. La Tassa di Soggiorno è l’imposta a carico di coloro che pernottano in qualunque tipo di struttura ricettiva situata nel territorio del Comune di Volterra.
La tassa (2 € /persona) è a notte per le prime cinque notti, solo per adulti sopra i 12 anni. Verrà riscossa all’arrivo.

The rooms and apartments, created through the renovation of a former Ente Maremma farmhouse, retain exposed beams, terracotta floors and country-style furnishings, offering an intimate and relaxing stay. Every detail tells a story in an atmosphere filled with the warmth of home, tradition and genuine hospitality.

Swimming Pool
At the heart of the organic farm, surrounded by the silence of the hills and Mediterranean scents, the panoramic swimming pool is a true haven of well-being. Measuring 11 by 6 metres and 1.60 metres deep, it is ideal for cooling off on summer days or simply relaxing in the sun with a good book, offering moments of pure tranquillity with views stretching across wheat fields and blue skies.

Garden
The large garden surrounding the farm stay invites you to slow down. Among trees, flowering hedges and shaded corners, you will find a small elm grove, perfect for resting during the hottest hours or taking an evening stroll. It is a place designed for connecting with nature, listening to birdsong and enjoying the peace of the Tuscan countryside. A small collection of antique farming tools is displayed throughout the grounds.
